Restore default permissions in leads access

Once you've customised leads access permissions in leads access from Meta Business Suite, you can remove those changes at any time and restore default permissions access. If you choose to restore default permissions access, all Page admins, people with messaging permissions and partners with the Page admin role receive access to your leads. All other Page roles will lose access.

Restore default leads access permissions

To restore default leads access permissions:

  1. Go to Meta Business Suite.

    Note: If you don't have access to Meta Business Suite, go to Business settings and select your business, then skip to step 5.

  2. Click the business portfolio drop-down menu in the navigation menu

  1. Click the Gear icon next to your business account.

  1. Go to Integrations in the drop-down menu, then click Leads access.

  1. Click Restore default access.

  1. Click Restore default.

Any changes you've made to permissions in the past will now be removed and your settings will be restored to the default options.
