Attendance Report Summary
The attendance report allows you to see 3 key items in StudioHub.
Total Attendance
The total number of sessions a person has completed at your studio. This number needs to be manually entered from Hapana into StudioHub for each of your contacts. Here is a tutorial on how to do that:
7-Day Attendance
This is the number of sessions a person has completed in the current week (Monday to Sunday).
Eg if today is Thursday, the 7-Day Attendance tally would the number of sessions a person has competed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week so far.
This number resets to zero every Sunday night at midnight.
Falling Stars Tag
Every Sunday night the system will check the 7-Day Attendance tally for each contact. Any contact who has completed 2 sessions or less is tagged as a falling star.
2 Sessions = Falling Star 2
1 Session = Falling Star 1
0 Sessions = Falling Star 0
If you want to filter the attendance report to only see falling stars, you can search falling star into the search box.
From this view, you are then able to click on any contact and message them via sms or email.
